This is an update to my experience with this AAA repair service, last week I picked up my car after it was repaired for not starting and was stranded a few hours later because it didn't start again , extremely unhappy I expressed it by review survey, and AAA management responded, we explained why we were unhappy and they immediately wanted to see what they could do to help, they had done everything the diagnostic described as the problem but they still allowed me to bring my car back just to make sure they didn't miss anything for free, and again they did everything that appeared to be the problem, their advice to replace the battery that every other battery store has said was good and didn't need replaced, has fixed the problem so far, and I haven't been stranded so far. Thank you Justin and John and everyone at AAA for not ignoring my frustration, taking it seriously and helping figure it all out. You guys are greatly appreciated.

I went to get my International driver’s license. Kenny helped me and delivered one of the best customer service experiences i have had in years. I really appreciate the help and kindness. He has an impressive mustache as well!

This place was awesome! It is truly a hidden gem. I must have driven by it a thousand times but never again! They kept me updated about every step of my repair. They were up front about costs and time frames. I wasn't guilty of driving while female and they didn't take advantage of me or talk down to me at all. I will absolutely be taking all of my car repairs here. Shout out to Chris for being awesome and having exceptional communication skills while I was a frazzled mess. 10/10 will be back

I had to be towed by AAA off I-44 at midnight with a blow out that also ripped off my fuel tank. They recommended their own AAA service company so I had it towed there. 4 days later I get my vehicle back with 4 new tires and a new fork pump/ neck. They couldn't find a new fuel pump so they put a used one on. It is basically zip tied in there & is barely hanging on. Since August 3 out of the 4 brand new tires they put on have gone completely flat & 2 have had to be replaced. When I went in to talk to them about the tires they blamed me saying this would have happened to any tires, it's not their fault. They have absolutely terrible customer service and do not stand behind their products. Don't even waste your time speaking to Chris the supervisor, he's useless. If you're female, I recommend taking your car to Hibdon in Edmond instead. They will speak to you about everything going on, help you to feel informed, not speak down to you & also will stand being their products.

I'm so glad this shop opened up close to home. I had a great experience from the moment I walked in to the time I left. They have great perks for members and have set a higher bar for an auto repair experience. The manager and assistant manager were so great and did everything possible to make sure I paid a fair price and knew what I was getting. You can see your car at all times from the lounge, so you can see it being worked on and I really appreciated that along with the wifi so I could get work done while it was being repaired. I also very much appreciated their friendly and helpful attitudes. This is the only place I'm taking my car in the future.
